Pretty good experience! Small but cost room, clean bathroom, comfortable bed and a very nice and helpful lady on the reception! For the price everything is exactly what I’ve expected or even better! It’s a nic place to stay for a solo trip The only problem is that the window is not able to be open, it slides down constantly. Don’t know if that an issue just in my room but weather is not that hot so it’s fine

Everything was great. Cleand and well organised rooms and bathrooms( nice clean and modern). Amazing system of how the rooms work (had a team meeting that lasted too long and went to my room at 23:00 and i was able to just walk in due to the way the rooms work). The best experience for an amazing decent price. If i'll ever be in Edinburgh again i will definitely come back here.
It is a nice hotel for a 3 star. Rooms are very clean and the bathroom looks brand new. The decoration is a bit kitsch but it’s cute and it is not far from the Tramway station and has some nice coffee shops and bars around. The man at the reception was very nice.

Stayed in Edinburgh for 4 days, 3 nights while abroad and this place was quite worth it. Looks a bit jarring on the outside, but was a solid stay. Clean, safe, and amenities were great. The location was great, around great breakfast spots and 15-20 minute bus/tram into the city. The public transit is a 3 min walk, too. Totally recommend for a short travel trip!
Positives- good location, nice staff, well priced, by a tram/bus stop, next to a bunch of shops. Good for short stays, nice bathroom with amenities. Negatives: Quite small room, small bed, can get a little stuffy. Overall not somewhere I'd stay for over 3 days.
